Refund Policy

  1. No refunds, but you are allowed to sell your conference membership to someone else. (You need to let us know, of course.)
  2. If you have purchased a conference membership but can’t come due to reasons beyond your control, if you give us 2 weeks’ notice you can roll over your registration to the next year.
  3. If you can’t make it due to personal tragedy or illness, and it’s closer than 2 weeks out, please notify the registrar and the situation will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
  4. Unless the rollover is due to a Confluence-related problem (for example, when the hotel closed four days before the 2013 con), rollover must be used the following year, or the conference membership is subject to forfeiture.
